How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for kitchenware?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used cookware or cutlery cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Are your products dishwasher safe?
While many of our products are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand-washing our premium knives and cast iron pieces to preserve their longevity and finish. Specific care instructions are included on each product page.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
